Introduction
AFPRO supplies a wide range of both high energy particulate air (HEPA) and ultra-low penetration air (ULPA) filters. Each filter is carefully designed, manufactured and tested. The glass fibre filter package is mechanically pleated to create a substantial effective filter area. The pleats are separated by thermoplastic spacers. The filter package is then installed in a frame, sealed and subjected to a leak tightness test. The frames are manufactured using various materials, such as MDF, stainless steel, aluminium and galvanized steel.
